Weekend Blues is about the paradox of feeling two opposite things at the same time. Like sad and happy or excited and stressed. It’s about the societal assumption that we’re the odd one out, that nobody else understands how we feel. I never want anyone to feel alone, so I write music that I relate to, and hope other people can understand that they’re not the only one.
